So, Here's the Thing...

I haven't been updating a lot, or even around a lot.
Here's why:
Lately, my life has been a mess. A social mess, a personal mess, and just a mess.
I've been here and there.
Getting involved with to many people.
And just being miserable.

However, I'm back now.
I am positively somewhere.
I am not going to bother with people who don't bother with me.
I am so sick of giving so much, and not getting anything back.
Whether its money that I give out to people, or just myself
I'm just not going to waste anymore of my time.
I am not going to feel like I am not good enough.
Maybe it's a fresh start.
I'm just a different person now.

Huh? What?

What's this? Two posts within the same week?
I am on the BALL.
La Roux was pretty good last night.
That Jackson gal can sing, let me tell you.
Even as much as she insisted she was sick, she sounded great.

I had to say bye to Abby, until the winter!
Couldn't make it to Boston, but that's alright.
And I am doing alright.
My highlight of the past week and 1/2 was definitely meeting Nick though. Such a cool guy.
Totally my type.
He probably fell madly in love with me, poor bloke.

Exhausted.

Been doing so much running around.
Just got back from New York a few hours ago.
Back to New York Monday for La Roux.
Boston on Tuesday.
Back to New York Wednesday.
With my two best friends of course.

Oh and did I mention I ran into Nick Grimshaw?
Nice guy.
Oh, and Alexa.

New York Fashion Week.

Can we please talk about how amazing the Proenza Schouler show was?
My favorite collection, by far.
I was also very surprised by Charlotte Ronson.
Then of course the amazing classics of Calvin Klein.
My boy Marc shown through, although I heard his after party was a bit of a let down.
Yet, I heard Alexander Wang's party was the absolute best fashion week party.
Although, I was not that impressed by Alexanders collection.
I thought Jason Wu put on a good show, but the backdrop and the set were so distracting. What/Who were your favorites?

Champagne at Chloe.
Music pumping at DKNY.

Gorgeous women.

Beautiful men.
The crowds were intense and the city was PACKED.
Bleecker St. was impossible and the crowd at Barney's was insane.

I didn't get to meet Marc. RIP my heart.

Just got in from Fashions Night Out and the first day of New York Fashion Week.
I PROMISE a full report post tomorrow. I know I've been slow but I'll be posting a lot more as fashion week continues.
I need sleep though, seeing that it's 4 AM and my feet are killing me.

Celebration

Madonna's new single, Celebration, is out for downloads on iTunes.
I just have to say, THANK FUCKING GOD.
So much better than the shit she's been putting out lately.
Let's be honest, 'Hard Candy' not her best.
The song is part of a new compilation album consisting of her GREATEST hits.
Since they are stressing its her GREATEST hits, I expect the tracklisiting to
leave out everything from Hard Candy except for maybe '4 Minutes'

We'll see though
